Fill the silicone mould with water, freeze it, then twist the ice out into the holder. You get a smooth cold roller with a handle — so your fingers stay warm, the ice never touches the counter, and nothing drips down your wrist.

How to use

Fill with water and freeze for about four hours.
Twist the mould open and slide the ice into the holder.
Glide it slowly over clean skin — cheeks, jaw, forehead, under the eyes.
Rinse, refill, back in the freezer.

How much is shipping, and when will it arrive?

Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days, then typically 5–12 business days depending on where you are. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.

What if I do not get on with it?

30 days from delivery to return anything unused and unopened. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we replace or refund it — no need to post it back.

Do these come with any product in them?

No. Everything here is a tool — you use it with whatever oil, shampoo or water you already own. Anything shown alongside a product in the photos is there to show it in use and is not included.

Will these work for my hair or skin type?

They are tools, not formulas, so there is nothing in them to react to. Each product page names who it is most useful for. If you are still unsure, message us — we would rather talk you out of the wrong thing than take the order.

How do I clean them?

Warm soapy water, then air dry before putting anything away. None of it goes in the dishwasher, and none of it needs a replacement head.
