About these terms

By browsing or buying from Restona you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are refunded in full and we tell you why.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include free worldwide shipping. Import duties and local taxes are not included; see our shipping policy. Payment is processed by Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 certified checkout — we never see or store your card details.

Product information

We describe every product as accurately as we can and publish the full ingredient list on each product page. Colours and packaging can differ slightly from photographs, and manufacturers occasionally reformulate — the label on the item you receive is the authoritative one.

Use of our products

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Patch test before first use, follow the directions on the packaging, and stop using a product if it irritates your skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a skin or scalp condition, speak to a doctor or dermatologist before use.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Do not use the store for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or resell our products as your own brand without written permission.

Content on this site

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Restona or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them commercially without asking us first.

Reviews and submissions

If you leave a review or send us a photo, you give us permission to publish it. We publish reviews as written from verified orders, and we do not remove a review just because it is critical.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your own country, which always apply on top of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
