What happens after you pay

You get an order confirmation email within a couple of minutes. We pack and dispatch within 1–2 business days, then send a second email with your tracking number. It can take 24–72 hours for the first carrier scan to show — a number that reads “not found” on day one is normal.

Currency and what you are charged

Prices are shown in USD. Your bank converts at their own rate if you pay in another currency, and may add a small foreign transaction fee — that part is between you and them, not us. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we process one, most banks show the money within 5–10 business days. See Returns & Refunds for what qualifies.

A payment failed or you were charged twice

Message us through the Contact page with your email address and roughly when you tried. We will check whether an order came through before you try again, and refund any duplicate the same day we find it.

When am I charged?

When you confirm the order at checkout, not before. Adding something to your cart costs nothing.

Is my card information safe?

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment system over an encrypted connection. Card details go straight to the payment provider — we never receive or store them.

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address for your order confirmation and tracking.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

Possibly, depending on your country. Import duties and taxes are set by your government and are the customer's responsibility — we cannot predict or refund them.
